Stratus ECS is a SaaS or System/Software as a Service implementation of Environmental Controls for disabled persons. A fully managed and fully hosted ECU (Environmental Control Unit) that integrates compact, efficient hardware modules in the cloud over Wi-Fi or IP with our virtual "hubs" which one on a combination of Amazon's and Google's servers providing the absolute best in enterprise grade reliability, security, and redundancy!

Stratus integrates the latest most popular technologies such as Amazon Alexa & Google Home Voice Recognition technologies that are speaker independent, require no training, and have almost no false positives with our own custom designed input and output modules.

We can guarantee technology is changing so rapidly, what is best today will not be the best in a year or even six months. Stratus is flexible, so it can change, improve, and grow with you over time or even as your abilities and needs change.

Stratus only utilizes IP (Internet Protocol) and eliminates complexities of consumer home automation technologies such as X10, Insteon, Zwave, UPB, Zigbee, etc. We have supported these technologies in the past and CAN what have specifically chosen simplicity over complexity. IP is the backbone of the Internet itself and won't go away or compatibility significantly change for many years.

Voice: Amazon Alexa based Conversational Speech Recognition and Control - 100% hands-free, Speaker Independent, No Training Required, intelligent array cloud-connected microphones. No hardware attached to wheelchair.

Switch Scanning: using slightest twitch of finger, Touch Sensitive, Sip-n-Puff, Bite, Eye Wink, even wiggling a big toe. For individuals who are non-vocal or whose voice may fluctuate such as ALS or MS

Touch or Mouse: utilizing latest Android, iOS, or Windows Smart phone and/or Tablet technologies. Just choose screen size.

TV Entertainment: 360° Whole Room Infrared Control of ANY devices in those two rooms such as Bedroom and Living room. i.e. TV, Blu-ray, Cable, Satellite, Roku, Sound Bar, Stereo, Space Heater, and any other device or appliance that comes with an IR remote

Hospital Bed - head, feet, whole bed high/low, Trendelenburg, rotation, massage, and more

Nurse Call - both in professional facility and residential at home, either 2-way Voice Activated Full-Duplex Intercom or Chime

Phone Calling via Mobile smart phones or even 10 inch Tablets functioning like a smart phone

Text Messaging by voice or switch scanning. Perfect for non-vocal individuals!

Mobile Emergency: Help Notification by Text through Smart phone provides community-based security and independence

Emergency Dialer: Works despite electrical power or Internet outages, or even total equipment failure or unable to speak

Activation of a Front Door Opener: either existing or optionally add Door Opener
