Damage in Transit: The customer should sign suspect shipments as "subject to inspection", describe carton damages on the waybill and take pictures, and advise the delivery courier and Special Needs Computers immediately upon physical inspection of the goods. The signed orginal waybill must be forwarded to Special Needs Computers as requested. The customer must notify Special Needs Computers as soon as non-delivery of merchandise becomes evident.
