Built for level 1 and 2, developmental age 1-3 years. The Dotty game pack is a series of 6 games to learn players the basics of interactivity. The games offer several variations of cause & effect based gameplay and are designed to highly engage by using rewarding audiovisual feedback.
Dotty is made for level 1-2 (between 1 and 3 years of (developmental) age). Level 1 and 2 require the least skills to play the game, and are often single cause & effect results. In addition, the limitless playtime gives the player no sense of stress, resulting in relaxing, fun, and a recognizable game patterns players can enjoy for hours.
The Dotty games have been designed and tested in collaboration with ‘s Heeren Loo Zorggroep, a national healthcare facility for intellectually disabled individuals. The Dotty Game Pack is adjusted to, and well received by their clients with more severe intellectual or developmental disabilities.
All the games within the Dotty, Jolly and Zippy collection are designed according to our unique model for developing cognitive, social and motor skills. This model is developed based on experience and research from therapists and academics. Our goal is to bring you an exciting and engaging game experience while developing these skills. Our dream is to take the player to the next level.
Even though these games were originally developed for the Pillo® controllers, they can now be played using your preferred input device. You can use any (custom) keyboard, mouse or game controller, touch screen devices, or any switch button to play the games. Whatever you use, the games are fun and simple to use, and train the use of the input device of choice. Did you buy Dotty and is your input device not yet supported? Dotty has an auto-update function. We will continuously make new content for Dotty games, adding new accessibility devices, and adjust the games to better suit our players! As a buyer of Dotty games, you can always request new functionalities or addons for excisting games. We would love to hear your ideas.

Track the balls: Drop the balls where you want, and track the balls on their way down. Can you trigger all the events?
Learn the basics of interactivity in this unique collection of engaging action-reaction games.
Interactivity starts with curiosity. The Dotty games are using rich visual representation and strong audio feedback to trigger curiosity. With only a single action (with any preferred input device), the games generate vivid audiovisual feedback to reward the player for interacting. Each interaction generates another response and does not allow for failing. Therefore, the player is stimulated to repeat the interaction multiple times, creating a long-lasting and non-stressful experience.
In the level two games, players are asked to perform multiple actions to receive more rewarding audiovisual feedback. Players are also given the opportunity to choose the order of the interactions by activating specific areas on the screen. However, the games still present a clear pattern and predictable feedback. It is the next step in strengthening basic interactivity skills.
