As a student, I needed something reliable that I could use for classwork, homework, note-taking, and managing daily activities. I searched for something that would be sufficient for my needs, and that would give me extra functionality if I would ever need it, but not as much as a note taker. I had the chance to look at the BrailleEdge several weeks ago at the NFB Headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland, and I was immediately impressed. I was fortunate enough to receive one of these units for Christmas, and everything about it has exceeded my expectations. It is extremely easy to navigate and use, and it works flawlessly with both my iOS devices and my computer, which is very important. The two panning buttons on either side of the display make for extremely convenient scrolling, so I don’t have to go to the other end of the display just to pan, as I had to do with other displays. The battery life is also great. This is definitely one of the best Christmas presents I’ve ever received, and I know it will continue to help me as I complete my schoolwork. This is one of the best braille displays I’ve ever seen, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering purchasing a braille display
