Memo day planner is a planning board that shows time in a concrete way and how long it is to the next activity/duty. A light bar, with one light point going out for each quarter, or a descending light point, allows the user to easily see how much of the day has passed.
Different colored light bars make it easy to see whether it is day or night. Alarm with sound can be set to each point of light to alert the user to look at the board when something will happen. The board is a standalone device that is not connected to the Internet.
Whiteboard is magnetic. It can be easily customized according to individual styles and requirements by the addition of text, images and symbols. Memodayplanner comes in two versions; 12- or 24-hours display. Accessories such as magnetic cover strips makes it possible to adjust the times for when the day shall start and end. They are available for 12- or 24- hour display, clock symbols, or entirely empty so that they can be customized with images and texts. Memodayplanner can be wall mounted but it also comes with a table-stand as an accessory.

Functions
Memodayplanner can be customized with alarm at desired times⁄light points. The alarms consist of a pulsating beep and⁄or a blinking light at the relevant time. The volume for the alarm can be adjusted.
Settings
In addition to the light bar, a digital time display may show the time at the bottom of the board. The light bar can be set to display the time as a timeline or as a light point. The intensity of the light points can be adjusted depending, for example, on the light conditions in the room or if you are sensitive to light.
