Description
The Eschenbach Reading Stand helps position reading material and stabilize it at a height and angle that makes the reading task easier for the user. Using the Reading stand and a low vision aid concurrently to read is ideal so that an optimum view is always achieved. With 5 angles of adjustment, the stand can be customized for each users needs depending on what they are reading, where they are reading it, and what vision aid they are using.
The reading stand is angled in a way that supports an upright, orthopedically correct position, making reading more comfortable when using for long periods of time. The edge stopper on the bottom of the stand is meant to hold the reading material and helps prevent it from slipping off of the stand. There is also a clip that can hold large papers in place by clipping them onto the stand.
A matching wooden Reading Guide Rail (#1605-1) is available separately - the guide is made of natural maple wood.
