The Jouse is an advanced, joystick-operated plug-and-play solution for alternative cursor control and access for computers and mobile devices. The new Jouse+ includes all the baseline Jouse features plus a new Gaming Mode, Alternative Mouse Mode, Middle Mouse Button Mode and Enhanced External Device Control.

Gaming Mode: Jouse+ now offers an enhanced mode so you can more easily play demanding first-person shooter, racing and other video games.
Alternative Mouse Mode: If you have limited head movement or mobility, this new mode makes it easier to move the cursor. Just gently nudge the joystick in the desired direction. The mouse cursor will then follow that direction until you nudge the joystick again.
Middle Mouse Button Mode: Jouse+ now includes quick and easy middle mouse button emulation to enable scrolling within windows and opening/closing tabs in a web browser.
Enhanced External Device Control: Jouse+ offers more enhanced external device control for operating switch-enabled and mobile devices.
Mounts: easily to almost any desktop, wheelchair, or bed frame.

The new Jouse+ is an advanced joystick-operated plug-and-play solution. Just move the precision joystick with your mouth, cheek, chin or tongue to control your computer, mobile device, switch controlled device or AAC system.

The further you move the joystick, the faster the cursor travels. You can perform right-click, left-click and double-click actions with the sip and puff switches built into the Jouse+. It includes all the features of the Jouse3 plus a new Gaming Mode, Alternative Mouse Mode, Middle Mouse Button Mode and Enhanced External Device Control.

The Jouse+ requires minimal action. The cursor movement is fast, smooth and very accurate, which is great for drawing and playing games. The Jouse+ will mount to almost any desktop, wheelchair or bed frame. It also includes mounting options for ancillary equipment such as microphones, switches and Web-cams. Compusult also offers custom Jouse+ mounting hardware, switch controls, and interfaces for many special needs.

The Jouse+ comes with two types of mouth pieces; a disposable type for multiple users and a rigid, more comfortable type in two different lengths for full-time users.
The Jouse+ comes with 20 disposable mouthpieces, as well as two long and five medium-length permanent mouthpieces.
A saliva filter in additional to the replaceable and washable sip and puff tubes and tube holder.
A spare filter unit is also included.
The Jouse3 comes with built-in support for two external switches.
If the user cannot perform a sip or puff function (e.g., if they're on a respirator), they can use a switch as an alternative.
(Note: Devices must have a built-in USB port or USB adapter. iOS devices must also support voice over and switch control mode.)

Compusult Limited-branded Jouse products purchased in the U.S. or Canada come with a 2-year limited warranty.

What is covered by this limited warranty?

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your Compusult Limited-branded Jouse products, including peripheral products.

What is not covered by this limited warranty?

This limited warranty does not cover:

Non-Compusult Limited-branded products and accessories.
Problems that result from:

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE (OR JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION). COMPUSULT LIMITED'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR MALFUNCTIONS AND DEFECTS IN HARDWARE IS LIMITED TO REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. How long does this limited warranty last?

This limited warranty lasts for the time period indicated on your packing slip or invoice, except for add-on hardware, which carries a 1-year limited warranty for new parts.

The limited warranty on all Compusult Limited-branded products begins on the date of the packing slip or invoice. The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product or any parts. Compusult Limited may change the availability of limited warranties, at its discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.

What do I do if I need warranty service?

Before the warranty expires, please call us, toll-free, at 1 888 745 7914 (Canada and USA only) or at +1 709 745 7914. Please also have your product serial number or associated invoice number available when you call.

What will Compusult Limited do?

During the period of the limited warranty, we will repair any Compusult Limited-branded Jouse returned to us that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. If we are unable to repair the product, we will replace it with a comparable new or refurbished product.

When you contact us, we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number for you to include with your return. You must return products to us in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk if products are lost or damaged in shipment. We will pay to ship the repaired or replaced products to you to an address in the United States (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. possessions and territories) or Canada. Otherwise, we will ship the product to you freight collect.

If we determine that the problem is not covered under this warranty, we will notify you and inform you of service alternatives that are available to you on a fee basis.

How will Compusult Limited fix my product?

We use new and refurbished parts made by various manufacturers in performing warranty repairs and in building replacement parts and systems. Refurbished parts and systems are parts or systems that have been returned to Compusult Limited, some of which were never used by a customer. All parts and systems are inspected and tested for quality. Replacement parts and systems are covered for the remaining period of the limited warranty for the product you bought. Compusult Limited owns all parts removed from repaired products.
