Overview
-
One-Handed QWERTY Keyboard
- Requires ZERO finger pressure
- One Handed QWERTY Keyboard - 10" | 25.4 cm instead of 18" | 45.7 cm
-
Keyboard detects your finger optically so there are no moving parts – will never wear out - see below
-
100% Customized, therefore non-refundable; you provide the picture and that will be the background of the keyboard
- The keyboard uses a optical configuration for finger detection, thus eliminating the need for pressure
- This keyboard is recessed about 1/4" | 0.64 cm from the top and there is a string of invisible light beams that monitor the placement of your finger
- It also has finger-drift technology so your finger will not wander and only hit one key at a time
- The keyboard layout is a qwerty layout, which is and has been the standard for years, so re-learning time is minimal
- There are no moving parts, so it will not wear out
- You send us a picture and we can have your picture as the background, though, this might cause difficulties seeing the letters
- These keyboards are 100% customized to your needs and are therefore non-refundable
- Standard cable length is 6' | 180 cm, if longer required please let us know?
-
Spill Proof – keyboard (top) easily washed off
- Audible key response
- PS2 connection
-
The keyboard will work with a "stick" but the smaller it is, the more precise you would have to be in hitting the exact spot where the beam is
- If the stick is 1/2" | 1.27 cm in diameter then there would not be a problem, unless it had a flat bottom and it was put in on an angle
- The keyboard will work with a 1/4" | 0.64 cm stick but you do have to put it in the beam
- Most "wonds" that I've seen have a radius on them and are soft at the tip, similar to a pool que stick, that is the best
-
Small Size - 12.0" x 6.25" x 1.00" | 305mm x 159 mm x 26mm
-
The keypad is approximately 9 3/4" x 3 3/4" | 25cm x 10cm, therefore lateral movement is minimal
- Optical keyboards where the finger is detected by light sensors, so no finger pressure is needed to type on the keyboard
- So persons with Lou Gehrig's disease (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), Connective Tissue Disorder, Arthritis, CTS, and others that do not have enough finger pressure or it is uncomfortable to apply pressure can benefit from these keyboards
- No finger pressure is required to select any letter
- Compact in size - 12" | 30.5 cm left to right
- Touch pad - Fitted Left Side or Middle or Right Side
- Spill proof - Easy to wash off surface
-
There are no moving parts they will NEVER wear out

Almost literally a lifesaver; if you have RSI, you definitely want one of these keyboards. I can't recommend it strongly enough.
Recommended options:
USB connector (computers don't come with PS/2 connectors anymore)
Audible beep -- you definitely want this
Numeric keypad -- this is probably not necessary
Touchpad -- you may or may not want this
